HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional People Operations Manager to be part of our People function to help execute all HR operational activities, help drive continuous improvements, and lead new and existing programs and projects deliverables.

Responsibilities :

Deliver scalable and effective core HR processes and policy in all employee life-cycle activities, including : onboarding, off-boarding, compliance, policy and employee handbook update.

Develops and implement HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code for our HQ based in HCMC.

Assess current process to seek opportunities for process redesign to create efficiency and elevate employee experience

Contribute to audit procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee data

Partner with the Payroll team and other key stakeholders in Finance and IT to ensure employee data and changes are processed accurately.

Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, processes, and frameworks to minimize business risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the employee experience (e.

g., oversee and administer activities related to policy development, leave management, HR audit controls, immigration, employee records, promotions, transfers, terminations and more)

Develop a strategy for operational excellence related to onboarding, offboarding, employment engagement and compliance. This includes HRIS system maintenance and employee record filing.

Build HR compliance discipline, lead data integrity auditing and serve as the HR team lead for all thing’s compliance related, including compliance reporting.

Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR-related systems and / or propose new initiatives to strengthen company’s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree and / or 5 plus years of experience in a HR Operations role preferably in a fast paced, high growth environment with significant experience with employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and leave management.

Ability to collaborate effectively within the HR team and with cross-functional teams from Finance, Payroll, internal audit and external vendors

Basic legal knowledge of the labour regulations of Vietnam and the application thereof.

Negotiation and setup of labour contracts and ILR’s, enforcement of the ILR’s, termination of contracts.

Calculation of salaries, social insurances, benefits and other contractual services.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations, global HR practices and benefit administration

Superb communication skills, including effective listening and writing. Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner

Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize numerous concurrent projects and tasks

Deep knowledge of HRIS systems and implementations

Balance your strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an empathetic communication approach
