Job Description

  • Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance with the daily operation of the T&C Department. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, project based work and other duties assigned by the Talent & Culture Manager (TCM) / Assistant TCM.
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to : typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Assists the Assistant TCM to check Departments’ rosters and attendance records.
  • Assissts the TCM to prepare leave reports for the hotel.
  • Assists the Assistant TCM to register and arrange insurance as well as PIT for connector.
  • Assist in effective recruitment, induction and training programs within the resort.
  • Maintains TCM’s calendar.
  • Prepares and maintains TCM’s expense report.
  • Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences.
  • Creates, transcribes, and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Answers telephones and handles in appropriate manner.
  • Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Researches, prices, and purchases office furniture and supplies for T&C Department.
  • Coordinates project-based work.
  • Work Experience

  • in T&C Management / Business Administration or in English
  • Fluent in English and the national language.
  • As Labor Law
