Market Access Lead
To provide strategies and operational leadership to ensure the execution of the country access plan, development and expansion policies and related activities to ensure stable growth and country objectives are met.
Lead the strategic direction of market access to address the access, affordability and shift from cost based to valued based agreements.
External engagement partner with key stakeholders to shape the access landscape in Vietnam (including but not limited to the MOH, VSS and HID).
Ensure development of revenue-optimizing market access strategies for new and existing products, that consider the interests of all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures asset-specific needs are considered within and aligned to short and long-term cross-portfolio considerations.Establishes strong working relationships across functions, contributing ideas, strategies, team leadership in an innovative, thought provoking manner.
Collaborates and aligns with regional / global functions as appropriate.Monitors current and evolving legislative, policy and access trends and assesses the potential impact on Pfizer’s business.
Keeps internal stakeholders informed of these trends and the potential business impact through regular communication.Engages with and influences the decision makers in order to improve the reimbursement, access and funding environment for Pfizer products.
Maintains network of external stakeholders that can be activated to respond to or support specific access risks or opportunities.
Identifies, drives and participates in relevant external forums to advance Pfizer’s position on topics that shape the local regulatory and market access environment
