This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by assisting F&B Operations Manager, and Executive Chef on coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.

1. Handles all departmental clerical duties in a timely and efficient manner as directed

2. Assists the Chefs with menu costing, menu reengineering

3. Handle guest inquiries and requests and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for proper action

4. Assist OM in compiling comment cards and feedback log on a daily basis

5. Implement POSM program on a weekly basis

6. Handle group / events bookings as requested by OM

7. Local relationship engagement, e.g. connect with hotels, businesses and customers nearby) on a weekly basis

8. Drive loyalty enrolment and manage loyalty monthly promos per approved marketing calendar (monthly planning, daily tracking)

9. Handles incoming calls from within and outside calls and makes appointments as directed

5. Ensures that Operations Manager and Chef are advised of any urgent or pressing matters.

6. Liaises with other F&B Service staff and section heads to ensure information is passed on in a timely and accurate manner.

7. Distribute all F&B Service mail, correspondence and memos in an accurate and timely manner.

8. Raises storeroom requisitions and collect items from the store.

9. Maintains and updates records, and updates the FB Service general information board as directed.

10. Assists in the preparation and submission of departmental reports on time as directed

11. Attends F&B meeting, takes note and follows up on next actions

12. Supports on POS system between Operations team and Finance Team

13. Assists to follow up on maintenance and procurement issues

14. Follow up the implementation of REV and LP recommendations and stores’ remediation

15. Supports on our database creation, consolidation and meeting planning (with travel agencies and event companies)

16. Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by the Operations Manager / Chef

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in Hospitality management, business administration or international languages
  • Minimum of 6 month work experience with foreign companies
  • Good English and Local language skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good administrative ability
  • Ability to take initiative to manage work flow and priorities
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from all levels
