Gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
Document requirements (into epics and user stories) using the scrum methodology from PBIs to sprints.
Work with other Contemi teams to develop solutions to clients’ business initiatives.
Facilitate discussions to identify, clarify and document requirements.
Work with the Development, QA and client teams to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals.
Mentor and supervise less experienced team members.
Travel or work onsite as required.

Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have some of the following :
Fluent in English.
At least 4 years of BA experience in software development with 1-2 years experience in the General Insurance domain.
Proven ability in typical BA skill set requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in working with offshore clients.
Excellent leadership skill.
Experience in supporting business cases development for projects of various nature.
Full Software Development Lifecycle experience from an Agile environment.
Excellent Office skills : Power Point, Excel, Word.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Work independently effectively.
Nice to have :
Experience in the Insurance domain.
Working experience in cross-domain projects.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Basic knowledge of project management.
A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes.
