Marcel Restaurants is looking for her / his RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Marcel Gourmet Burger : 132 Calmette, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC
Working hours :
1. Greet cheerfully and escort customers to the right table.
2. Understand to present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions,
ingredients or potential food allergies)
3. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware.
4. Inform customers about the month’s specials.
5. Offer menu recommendations upon request and remind customers for their allergies.
6. Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
7. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by
memorization. Always remember to double check the order.
8. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
9. Serve food and drink orders.
10. Check food, drink and service satisfaction during the meal.
11. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
12. Deliver checks and collect bills for payments.
13. Double check guest satisfaction and taking direct feedbacks from customers to report to your
owner if needed.
14. Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
15. Follow all relevant health department regulations.
16. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
17. Regularly attend meetings and trainings required by the restaurant.
18. Execute tasks that are assigned by owners.
19. Able to access the POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing, etc.
20. Able to do e-invoice.
21. Handling POS and cashier station during the service.
22. In charge of opening or closing shift :
23. In charge of the food delivery system.
24. Record delivery orders and total income of each supplier every month.
25. Able to solve all the customer’s complaints.
26. Getting and pushing the service team to get reviews(mainly on TA).
27. In charge of training new trainees and reporting.
28. In charge of product inventory for FOH / BAR.
29. Record all employees working days.
30. In charge of collecting red invoices.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
SALARY : 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 / month. Probation 2 months, 85% salary.
We also provide : Insurance policy
Uniform package : t-shirts, apron, hat (deposit 300,000VND)
Meal support : 20,000 VND / DAY
Annual Leave : 1 day per month, active after probation period
Discount Policy up to 50% when dining-in at any properties of Marcel Group

11. Be able to work during weekend and most national holidays
13. Having at least one year experience in the industry at an equivalent position.
14. Diploma from a Hospitality school is a plus.
