Job Responsibilities

Communications :

Assist team in content development for marketing communications / marketing collaterals, followed strictly with UOB Vietnam brand guidelines

Assist team in external communication (eg. PR article, expert statement, media interview) in both Vietnamese and English language

Event management :

Assist team in execution of events and projects

Assist in creative of events, collaborate with a diverse number of teams to bring content to life in compelling and engaging ways

Other marketing tasks :

Produce simple PR / Marketing plan for different campaign or promotion

Support in overseeing the marketing operations and other tasks assigned by team manager

Job Requirements

Proven experience with 2-3 years in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or similar role.

Thorough understanding of social media, digital marketing

Strong written and verbal skills in English

Computer literate

Able to organize, plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Preferably Graphic design skills or Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
