Job Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service / Project Coordination / Project Costing and having direct contacts with customers
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written (Vietnamese and English)
  • Excellent information collecting and analysis skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
  • Customer Business Understanding, Customer oriented , Results driven, Service minded and Strong ability to multi-task
  • Description :

    The Services Account Representative is the main customer contact for operational Services business matters. This includes facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support.

    Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Plan by using internal and external data sources.

    2. Lead analysis and follow up sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information

    3. Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication

    4. Participate in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions

    5. Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits

    6. Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.

    7. Lead coordination and follow-up Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfilment

    8. Lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organisation including technical issues.

    9. Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business

    10. Lead planning and sourcing of local material and labour
