Leading and supervising, assign and allocate jobs for the team of customer service.
Propose the ideas for self-performance improvement as well as customer service quality improvement.
Establish and maintain high customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys;
benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics;
monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and advice, resolving problems.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Learning about products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing department.
Other tasks assigned by Service General Manager

Experience Requirements :
At least 3+ years of managerial experience in technology-based service.
Experience in copier / printer / printing industry or relevant the advantage
Experience in both hardware and software services delivery, maintenance, and consultant
Leadership skills, critical thinking, and result oriented mindset.
Strong presentation analytical mind and problem-solving skills, results & quality oriented
Customer-centric, wining spirit mindset
Proficient in spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer application.
Professional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Mature, dynamic, and proactive
