Manage and maintain existing and new client relationships
Scope for and sign on new client accounts and money
Execute full sales process from negotiating deals / contract terms and managing launch of new services
Collect license fees
Identify and monetize every distribution opportunity in markets across all operators (cable, satellite, IPTV, telecommunications, digital, broadband and mobile)
Manage local sales agents
Manage affiliate sales target and track achievements
Ensure renewals happen on time
Lead discussions on turning off clients and support with reasons
Participate in efforts to reduce and eliminate piracy
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
At least 8 years of work experience in sales / sales analytics with at least 3 years in Media industry
Direct negotiation experience essential
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Knowledge of PayTV and the Affiliate Sales Model, as well as the distribution model
Familiarity with content TV distribution, telco and digital platforms and its product development and management
Strong knowledge with demonstrated experience and contacts of key partners in the pay TV and telecommunications sector and strong background in international channel distribution sales
Understanding of regulatory landscape
Ability to understand subscribers’ acquisition and retention strategy
Ability to manage sales cycle and target
Ability to work using a methodized structured approach
Possesses good stakeholder management skills
Able to simplify complexity
Creative and able to think diagonally
A strong and confident negotiator with a proven track record
A confident presenter with excellent communication skills
