Job Description :

Reconcile data between ShopeePay system and Partner system daily

Make payment request to Partners daily. Prepare internal reports monthly

Reconcile and repare reconciliation minutes with Partners monthly

Monitor and cross-check system reports to ensure their accuracy, consistence, timely detecting system error, minimizing lost

Co - ordinate with other departments to check and resolve the problem related to customers’ e-wallet balance

Take part in new projects

Other adhocs task, internal reports as needed

Requirements :

Background : University Graduate, Data, Accounting, Finance and Banking are advantages

Experience : At least 1 year of relevant experience, in payment service is preferred

Language skill : Good command of English (4 Skills)

Computer Skill : Microsoft software (Excel, Access). SQL, Python is preferred

Others : Number sense, Strong attention to detail, Flexibility to changes, Proactive and dynamic communication
