Job Responsibilities
Tire adjustment in timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction
Conduct regular and pro-active product performance surveys to assess Goodyear Tire performance, reduce adjustment losses
Provide constant feedback to Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales on product performance, current market situation
Tire certification : Working with Vietnam Register (VR) to audit Goodyear factories yearly Working with VR to audit Goodyear factories' Lab by two year Work with VMTC, factories and related stakeholders to complete product testing compliance with local rule for all SKUs in Goodyear factories' lab or in Hanoi Coordinate with Goodyear Regulatory Government Compliance and Legal firm to complete the documents for certificate
Product training : Conducts training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, understanding job-specific functions and tasks Designs technical training manuals by identifying and describing information needs focus on sales & Mkt team, 3S and Goodyear Auto Care channel Conducts continuous systematic training classes to aim : (i) Upgrade sales team capabilities, (ii) Changed 3S front-liner product perception, (iii) provide tire maintenance / tire selection training to owners and tire fitters to optimize tire performance and certified Authorized warranty GYAC dealers, (iv) Build skillful CTAs under distributors Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards
Job Requirements
Has Bachelor's degree in any course related to Engineering
Has basic technical knowledge
Has knowledge on production process in factories is an advantage
Willing to do field work
Willing to be trained by the Sales and Marketing team
