Be in charge of Admin Sector to ensure smooth operations and cost saving at minimum level :
1. Manage office supplies and equipment activities to ensure all office supplies and equipment are ready for works with minimum cost
2. Responsible for organizing all company’s events such as team building trip, birthday .
3. Record meeting minutes with Heads of Departments and send to General Director / Chairman monthly
besides, finalizing training demands and conducting suitable training courses to enhance the performance of staff / help staff achieve their best performances :
1. Work closely with internal departments, find out their specified culture, needs and build up long term partnership with them
2. Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions / postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
3. Screen Cvs, interview and select candidates at the 1st round in accordance with company standards
4. Follow up and conduct exit interview for all employees
5. Find out and analze demand of training in conjunction develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
6. Plan, direct, deliver training and development programmes including staff orientation to accomplish the organisation’s goals
Be in charge of compensation & benefits sectors, ensure internal equity, alignment with company guidelines, keep competitive in market :
1.Develop, update, review, and follow up matters of human resources including policies, procedures and labour regulations
2. Set the priorities and handle the calculation and payment of salary based on approval.
3. Follow up labour contracts for new contracts, renewals, or termination
4. Work and submit online reports to Social / Health Insurance department
5. Develop, update and advise company compensation and benefit system & proposal to ensure internal equity, alignment with company guidelines
6. Address employees concerns related to C&B
7. Build and update Human Resource & Administration process and procedures,
Carry out Employee Relations to keep update, guidline and consult labor laws to make sure human resource operations of the Company in align with the law :
1.Manage and update employee master list
2.Provide guidance to in charge division in case of reward, discipline, grievance solving to comply with legal and company regulation
3. Disseminate and properly communicate information to employees in relation to Company’s rules, regulation, discipline & Labor Law
4. Keep updated and fully understand any changes to existing labor laws and regulations or new laws and regulations as it may effect on the Company and advice Executive Management

1. Graduated from university in Human resource, Law, Business Administration major
2.Communication in English
3.3-4 years in general HR field
4.Have deep knowledge of law, Human Resources
5.Strong communication / interpersonal and negotiate skills
6.Open-mind, Dynamic and pro-active, initiative and resourceful
