The Role & Responsibilities
To interact and offer Retail & BB clients Foreign Exchange & other products
To be the first point of contact for all FX sales to Retail & Business Banking clients
To help Relationship Managers in limit set up, FX documentation and other related activities
To provide product ideation, market and product information related to clients
To provide Relationship Managers on house views, pricing and product solution
To manage client expectations, ensure client satisfaction and minimise client attrition
To keep Sales MIS of the region.
Our Ideal Candidate
Graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience with strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge of WMPS products
Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for WMPS products management
Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills
Coordination and execution
Collaboration and team work
Communication and listening
Negotiation and engagement
