1. Payroll

  • Check attendance, work closely with other department to fix data
  • Calculate payroll, PIT, insurance and make sure data correctly
  • 2. Recruitment

  • Process recruitment with recruitment request.
  • Check CV and select suitable candidate for each position
  • 3. Labor contract

  • Make labor contract for new staff.
  • Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
  • Follow probation time and labor contract’s expiration to process evaluation on time
  • Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.
  • Have good knowledge of Labor Law, insurance law
  • 4. Social insurance, medical insurance

  • Prepare and submit insurance form, follow up payment for insurance for staff monthly
  • Meeting social management in case the data is not correct
  • Details will be discussed during in the interview

  • Male / Female;
  • Number of recruitment : 01 person;
  • Graduated from Universities, with major English / Japanese / HR management
  • Having experience in HR field especially in salary calculation, insurance benefit is priority.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors :
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good communication and problem solving skill
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).

  • The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
  • When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-
  • month definite labor contract with the company.

  • Negotiated salary. Beside the basic salary, the employees shall receive other allowances regulated by the company.
  • Working time : 48 hours / week. The rest time is regulated by the Laws and the company
  • Deliver full PPE as job requirement
  • Salary increment, bonus and other benefits as the company’s regulation.
