The Position

ØComply with SHE regulation to reduce SHE risks.

ØLearn and strictly comply with relevant SHE regulations and requirements.

ØWithin the workplace to improve the effectiveness of safety advice.

ØTimely reporting and treatment of unsafe acts, conditions and events, toremind other employees of the dangerous situation.

ØReport job injuries, accidents and incidents to the direct leadership.

ØTime to participate in SHE training and other SHE activities.

ØEach employee must be responsible for their own safety as well as all others’ in operational areas.

1)Develop and maintain good relations with main customers in the specified area.

2)Develop new business and application from the existing market

3)Build relationship with key end users such as key supplier in Deco to understand the end users’ market needs.

4)Closely contact with global KA team for new business development

5)To build pricing structure in China Deco application

6)Lead market activity for product / new application promotion

7)Coach AM in China to develop Decorative coating business

8)To achieve sales target in China region

9)Make frequent visits to develop new business

10)Check credit background of customer and propose credit limits to control the payment risk.

11)Monitor and co-ordinate within DCR in order to ensure a reliable supply to customers, within DSM’s quality guidelines.

12)Report fully, regularly and timely in the proper format.

13)Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DCR SR China business.

The Ideal

ØMore than 8 years’ experience of relevant products in multinational company is preferred

Ø5 years Sales & marketing experience is preferred

ØTeam work spirit is preferred

ØProject management experience required.

ØUniversity degree or above, major in Chemistry

ØFamiliar with coating industry; familiar with coating resins is a plus is preferred

ØGood command of English in both written and oral is preferred
