Responsibilities include :
Develop and manage communication campaigns that integrate advertising, public relations, sales promotion, digital and social marketing disciplines to deliver consistent messages across all media.
Regular lead engagement and drive leads down the pipeline through email marketing, monthly newsletters, informing on new content such as whitepapers, reports, webinars
Drive market-wide brand awareness by building media relationships, digital campaigns, partnerships.
Look out for related events to participate as speakers and for award nominations
Brand gatekeeper for Vietnam office. Be the main alert and uphold Flow’s online reputation management on review sites, publications, and forums.
Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversion rates, engagement rates, etc.) and looking for ways that can improve the company's marketing efforts.
Support Business Development, Operations or other key functions with marketing and communications related matters.
Localisation of the marketing campaigns and materials involving translation and adapting content relevant to the current industry status in Vietnam.
Quarterly reporting on results of marketing in Vietnam with monthly marketing plan and finance forecast plan.
Desired skillsets & experience :
4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, ideally in in a fast-moving B2B finance or technology environment.
Full-stack marketing acumen including media relations, lead generation, field marketing and digital marketing.
Relevant experience in public relations and working with media.
Prior proven success in campaign development and execution across multi-channel platforms.
Independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to learn, manage, collaborate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have good business acumen, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work with all levels of management across the organisation, culture and translate data and insights into strategy and action plans.
Ability to identify new opportunities and strategies to add value to the business and establish campaigns to implement
Prior experience with Marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and WordPress is preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct marketing copy. Strong English language in writing and speaking is a must.
