Job Description :

Delivering Soft skills training (Motivation, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, etc)

Liaising with relevant stakeholders to schedule training programs for all staff

Working closely with Managers / Learning Partners to identify areas of improvement and training required

Developing and implementing training content and materials

Being creative in training approach with an emphasis on activity-based learning

Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques

Guiding and developing junior Trainers in the team

Being an ambassador for continuous learning and development

Requirements :

At least 4 years of experience in adult education, Learning & Development, training and coaching

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management

Facilitation and presentation impact with the ability to capture attention and influence audiences

Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others

Experienced in guiding and supervising other team members

Clear passion for training and people development
