Job Summary

  • Support for incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • To ensure that applications and software in the production environment work properly.
  • Daily supports end-user on existing applications.
  • When on call, provides timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects
  • Adheres to a production support process.
  • Transfer business to the development team.
  • Problem-solving issues that arise in day-to-day existing applications.

Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day operations.
  • Verify issues are escalated by the first level (Helpdesk team)
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
  • Maintaining policy and procedure documents.

Role Requirements

  • Language Ability/PC Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
  • Basic experience (writing, testing) in programming languages
  • English is preferable. Oracle or SQL Microsoft is preferable
  • Studious, the ability to adapt with change are a plus.
  • General insurance background would be an advantage.
