Job Descriptions :

  • Investigating the current situation of the clients and suggest items / products which might be needed.
  • Finding new customers (in automotive industry) / expanding the dealer network, gather all information for new business and communicate frequently with current customers to develop a good relationship and maximize the opportunities in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Preparing and consolidating all costing and technical submission for direct tenders if any, negotiating and reviewing the contract terms with key clients in order to protect company’s interests while increasing market share.
  • Assisting to organize the technical seminars by technician.
  • Conducting the product presentations and practical training seminars.
  • Analyzing monthly market situation and automotive production and / or industry sales trend.
  • Ensuring to achieve the annual sales target and spending within expenses budget assigned.
  • Reporting timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers.
  • Translating English to Vietnamese (catalogue and brochure).
  • Making the monthly report in English and sending to managers.
  • Other duties as assigned. Details will be in other list.
  • Business trip if need it (Destination, Frequently,...etc)
  • 1 time per 1 year to overseas if need it.
  • Around Vietnam if necessary such as Hanoi and other destinations if management approved with business trip planning sheet.

    Requirements :

  • Have experience in market analysis, sales experience in manufacturing or electronics or parts trading company as sales person.
  • Experience / knowledge in electronics or automotive industry would be preferable.
  • Good at English skills (oral & written) & IT literacy.
  • University graduated in related field (automotive, electronics, business, etc).
  • Able to work independently or in a team under high pressure with multi-tasking skills.
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense, logical thinking.
  • Self-confident, active and responsible.
  • Possess strong initiative, desire to work towards to achieve the target & objectives.
  • Possess creativity in marketing approach.
  • Salary :

  • Gross 10 million VND 15 million VND, depends on ability
  • Allowances :

  • Social insurance, health insurance, 12 days-off per year, yearly holiday.( basically all Sunday and Saturdays off depend on the schedule. )
  • Supportive petrol fee if any business trip.
