Job Description :

  • Ensuring Quality Monitoring is done to improve overall quality performance across the project based on the quality standards
  • Providing feedback and coaching based on quality audits, complaints, and seller satisfaction
  • Training on soft skills, call handling, ticket handling, and communication skills
  • Providing reports and analyses on quality progress to HOCS
  • Analyze the root cause of the issue and design an action plan.
  • Document Contact Center quality concerns and trends for procedural changes, recommendations, and training.
  • Manage project performance to achieve KPIs
  • Requirements :

  • 1 years of experience in the same position
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership
  • Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced reporting skills
  • Result-oriented and analytical skill
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing and driving team calibration to QA requirement
