Responsibilites :
Drive profitable business growth through strategic planning and business development, managing the sales, network development and marketing pipeline, managing the business process, setting up and managing local business channels.
Develops and manages annual Sales business plan and monitor process to monthly objectives and organize and formulate the development plan of sales and marketing, regulations,systems of marketing management.
Grow the business through dealer expansions, new distribution and increased penetration.
Develops and executes professional, creative sales and promotion strategies to maximize consumer sales, profitability and dealer satisfaction.
Monitors and reports competitive activity and recommend sales / promotional strategies. Initiates and develops a strong relationship with key accounts.
Represent the SAIC and collaborate with the joint venture crossed functional departments including the KD business.
Formulate the line of marketing and the development of new projects and conduct the statistical analysis and the forecast of the market development.
Establish and develop the brand culture, product culture.
Experience & Educational background & Expertise :
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
Minimum of 6-7 years sales & marketing experience in local Automotive OEM company. KD management experince would be advantageous.
Proven track-record in business development and key account management
Must have exposure to a performance based, dynamic growth culture.
Strong communication and motivation skills and high level of personal integrity.
Fluency in English is essential, other language such as Chinese would be advantageous.
This postion will be directly reporting to General Representative and work closely with the Joint Venture Company.
