Community Content Operations aims at building content ecosystem while acting as a brand advocates for the health of our products.
We are hiring content experts in Greater Los Angelas Area to develop a global consumer community product for younger generation.
Key Responsibility : 1. Develop from social strategy, creative campaign design, and creator sourcing to execution and analytics reporting2.
Identify local creator agencies and top content creators in the community; Cultivate partnerships with top creators and ensure positive, long term relationships 3.
Manage communication with creators from contract negotiation, campaign brief to execution4. Actively collect user feedback to engage in product optimization and development of overall product roadmap5.
Establish strategic partnership with local partners, build the right brand awareness and positioning based on the product strategyQualifications1.
Obtain at least Bachelor degree2. Have 3 years’ experience in content acquisition or partnership role in internet companies3.
Excellent communication skills; have experiences in building influencer relationships with both internal shareholders and external partners 4.
Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter5. Native English speaker, fluent in Chinese is a plus
