Job Description :
The incumbent will provide the support for Standard prices and Deal prices maintenance, Customer Incentive Program and Contract & Agreement management to ensure pricing policies.
The incumbent will also support data collection, management & conduct further price-related analysis, such as price waterfall analysis, price change and product portfolio analysis to business units for decision making.
Job Responsibilities : Maintain Standard and Deal prices following procedure and upload information into the system. Support merchandising program request to system Manage, consult and support BU in Customer Incentive Program (CIP) Manage CIP accrual base on customer monthly sales performance Ensure proper entry of quote information through communication with sales, marketing & CSRs Monthly report of pricing waterfall, bubble charts and other pricing analysis Support MTO SMEs & MTO Lead in pricing-related data preparation, cleansing & analysis Construct & manage pricing database & related tracking mechanism for accurate & up-to-date pricing calculations Conduct periodic audit checking to ensure data consistency Required Experience / Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or equivalent major Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pricing or marketing operations support Preferably with good price management and analysis experience in both B2B and B2C model Financial background is a plus.
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP system is a plus Excellent oral communication skills (including influencing / selling skills) and written communication skills in both the Vietnamese & English language is required for this role A fast learner, with a good eye for details Strong analytical skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and proficient in MS Excel Able to meet deadline and cope with routine jobs Good time & workload management ability
