  • Planning and implementing advertising campaigns (Facebook ads, Google ads)
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns in accordance with the goals and budget assigned
  • Measure campaign effectiveness
  • Building and managing and developing fan pages, FB groups, ... to introduce and increase interaction with users
  • Exchange and interact with target customers on social media channels daily.
  • Updated new trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency.
  • Promote content on social media
  • Implement seeding, sharing articles to potential customers
  • Identify customers' needs and insights and propose new topics
  • Periodic reports on the results of work performed on the channels
  • Perform other tasks given by the department head
  • Optimize advertising campaigns, constantly measure conversion metrics and optimize continuously.
  • Coordinate and support with Product & Operation Manager to optimize the best revenue.
  • Fully measure and report the effectiveness of implemented and implemented programs.

  • Graduated in Marketing, Brand Management and related subjects
  • Experience in working in Online Marketing
  • Communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Teamwork skills, careful meticulous and focused on the goal
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ad, Google AdWords, content management system
  • Minimum of 2 years in the fashion product industry. At least 3 years of experiences in digital marketing
  • Previous experience of digital platform.
  • Experience using MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of order management / customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
