Manage marketing division of company in all sections : Spa, Product and Media; Budget control & operations monitoring, making sure KPI achievement & media buys at high effectiveness.

Champion of Content & Communication, making sure content across platforms of all sections at high quality, in depth & with expertise.

  • Directly lead and work directly with CEO for Media section & Private label project;
  • Oversee company’s digital media efforts, including but not limited to website, Youtube channel, Facebook official fanpage & groups, Instagram account, Mobile App.
  • in terms of community growth (traffic, users...) and sales optimization with support from product / sales team (CTR, purchases...) on these channels.
  • Take responsibility for owned products’ development & disruptive launch from planning to execution.
  • Build up CRM system based on Digital platform, member cards, loyal customers; optimizing mobile app & customer service system.

  • Work closely with product / sales team and constantly seek out new approaches, new partnership, collaborations to generate better sales results;
  • These collaborations can include but not limit to special offers, trial programs, product collaboration projects.

    Other duties as directed and required.

    Requirements : Must :

    Must :

    3-5 years of experience in the same position.

    Solid experience in digital marketing, strong in planning to develop and promote current spa services, skin care products and private label company.

    High ownership, open and start-up mindset.

    English (writing and speaking).

    Priorities :

    Willing to work cross-function (especially candidates for flexible Marketing of products).

    Have cosmetics knowledge.
