Key Responsibilities
Conduct supporting materials (Teaser, Investment Memorandum) for Investment Property Consulting service
Prepare proposals and presentation for pitching / approaching / sale&marketing activities
Prepare financial models, feasibility study for projects
Review materials, legal documents of RE projects to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities available in the market
Develop advanced financial models, feasibility study for projects
Assists in preparing financial and other analysis for a range of deliverables, including market research and scenario options.
Assists in gathering research on industry best practice, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to the client. May assist or coordinate in preliminary recommendations.
Assist the Team in coordination among investors and other related parties during transaction, Due Diligence process.
Manage team database
Monitor investment opportunities to match clients’ enquiries and requirements
Prepare service agreements and other related documents for new business developments
Prepare internally periodical reports following to Supervisor’s instruction
Other duties as assigned I - Required Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information
Requires financial background. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including : Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Understanding of principles of information design and display. Assists in creating compelling documentation and deliverables.
II - Qualifications and Education :
Bachelor’s degree. Background in Finance, Accounting, Research and / or Business Analytics preferred
Knowledge in Real Estate market preferred
