The Responsibilities

Act as a leader at Adgo in Singapore to manage and grow the business moving forward

Prospect accounts focusing on products and services

Identify and develop new accounts as well as follow up on existing leads

Develop and maintain productive relationships with key target accounts

Manage assigned accounts to generate both incremental and repeatable annual business

Initiate and manage RFI and RFP process and negotiate terms for all account programs and projects

Collaborate with Executives and SMEs to maximize account coverage

Manage the local customer-facing teams, providing sales and product knowledge as well as overall direction

Engage with customers to support further product development, customer success and BD activities

Your Profile

Enterprise-level Application Service Provider (ASP or SaaS) or senior software sales background

Experience, knowledge and deep understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising

A self starter with the mindset or, better yet, the experience of an entrepreneur who has created his or her own business

A person who acts with complete integrity and professionalism both in business and outside of work settings

A creative thinker focused on continuous personal and professional self-improvement

Strong preference to work collaboratively in a team environment

Possess exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time

Comfort with a fast paced environment and ambiguity

Extreme focus on detail

Demonstrates initiative and results driven, customer and user centric

Fluent in English both orally and in writing, any other Asian language(s) is a benefit
