HR Strategy

  • Clearly understand HRMU Strategy together with business challenges / MWB to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations (e.
  • g. sourcing, performance management, talent management, culture & change champion, etc.).

  • Drive all assigned HR KPIs to deliver short / medium / & long-term strategies.
  • Change / Transformation & Culture building

  • Work closely with HR Lead & Functional Leads on identifying the key theme of annual culture builder strategy to lead the change and live the culture successfully in assigned Functions to deliver the desired business results.
  • Able to identify the pain points of each functions & propose creative initiatives to implement the change project successfully to close the gaps and support business growth.
  • Support partnered Function Heads in integrating the Company’s culture to Team & department’s culture.
  • Contribute in building HR’s culture and driving positive change whenever applicable.
  • Manpower planning

  • Consul & support Head of partnered Functions in designing capable organization structure & planning sufficient manpower to deliver their business strategies & objectives in short / medium / & long-term.
  • Sourcing

  • Performs and is involved in all recruiting processes ranging from :
  • Partner with TA to build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable provide right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
  • Implement the recruitment process complied with Company’s policy, e.g. screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, aligning with TA / TR on remuneration package, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc.
  • Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
  • Partner with TA in building Internship Program for your partnered functions and joining in all relevant job fairs to build employer branding with universities and build young talent pipeline.
  • Talent Development

  • Lead People Planning process of partnered functions and able to identify opportunities as well as potential risk in talent pipeline / leadership bench / in order to reflect in each function structure & manpower planning to support business growth in short-term / mid-term.
  • Able to identify hi-performers & hi-potential people of the assigned partnered functions.
  • Consul and support Function Heads / Line Managers in designing special development program and design career perspective to them.
  • Closely follow up the development plans for this group of people and their actual progress to take prompt action on their career development.
  • Build close rapport with hi-performers & hi-potential people to understand their insight, be a trust-worthy partners to support them as needed.
  • Organization Development

  • Consul Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
  • Share with Talent & OD Team + Functional Capability Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
  • Follow up in post training evaluation and development.
  • HR Core processes

  • Lead the performance management in all partnered functions and set clear action plans to manage poor performance in order to raise the bar of performance in the organization.
  • Consul Function Heads to conduct salary review process for partnered functions;
  • Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
  • Employee Engagement

  • Support partnered Function Head & Line Managers in driving Employee engagement activities in their Team & Functions.
  • Support TM in driving participant of annual employee engagement Survey (if any) & support Function Heads to drive OHS action plan.
  • HR Partnership

  • Find a personal and professional way to approach the partnered functions and become their trustworthy & excellent strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Bring HR values to support business.
  • Others

  • Prepare HR Reports as assigned by HR Manager and submit as per timeline;
  • Do other job assignments as requested by HR Manager and the Company to contribute to the success of the HR Department and the Company;
  • Positively contribute to build up the Department and Company’s teamwork;
  • Ensure to deliver the job performance at high level of passion, high quality of work, and timeline expectation.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Education : University degree. Having HR management degree is compulsory required.
  • Work Experience : at least 3 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records.
  • Possess strong sense of business acumen & High level of passion
  • Excellent Leadership in building a good role model
  • Think out of the box & creative is preferable
  • Professional grooming and appearance
