JOB DESCRIPTION

Work on App Engagement Content Guideline

Work on delivering the app engagement content plan and manage content execution on Home Credit app

Collaborate with the Home Credit App Product Owner / Product Manager, the MKT Content Lead, and the Content Executive to ensure that the in-app engagement content meets the requirements for best experience, app engagements, and interactions while retaining our Home Credit brand voice

Take the initiative, anticipate problems, and develop solutions and ensure content quality.

Understand and apply user insights and metrics to the content, while guiding team member (Content Executive) for the same.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Outstanding UX design and writing abilities;

Capable of making effective content decisions that align with both user needs and business goals;

Capable of justifying and communicating your decisions with solid, compelling arguments;

Applying a universal brand voice with different tones for different audiences / segments;

Has an open mind and is willing to try new things;

Strong time management, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills are required;

Frequency in speaking English is required.
