  • This role is to develop and execute key initiatives to build develop Agency Leaders
  • The Manager of Agency Leader Development is expected to deliver execution plans for building initiatives and any assigned projects that support the business objectives, specifically to Agency Leaders
  • Deliver execution plans aim at developing Agency Leaders

  • Develop and execute initiatives through development, activities, engagement platforms and supporting tools to increase sales management, recruitment and leadership abilities of Agency Leaders
  • Implement and execute the various initiatives on the ground through various stakeholders such as AD, ATD, Agency Planning, Communication, Trips & Events as well as other supporting departments.
  • Direct engagement with agents and agency leaders to ensure effective execution of building initiatives
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure direct accountability and focus
  • Deliver execution plans on assigned regional and local projects to support overall business objectives

  • Drive strong business building mindset and sales management projects to build competent agency leaders
  • Implement projects that support the building of strong service excellence culture, performance consistency and professionalism of agency leaders
  • Inculcate a strong sense of career purpose in agency leaders through branding, communication and engagement platforms projects
  • Establish effective communication platforms with stakeholders

  • Establish rapport and communication platforms with various stakeholders to support the smooth execution of projects and initiatives
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute initiatives through training & development, activities, engagement platforms and supporting tools to increase sales management, recruitment and leadership abilities of Agency Leaders
  • Implement and execute the various capabilities building initiatives on the ground through various stakeholders such as AD, ATD, Agency Planning, Communication, Trips & Events as well as other supporting departments.

    This role is directly accountable for business KPIs related to the agency distribution channel, focusing but not limited to leaders development KPIs

    Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from local or overseas varsity institutions
  • Knowledge and skillss

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the financial industry
  • Practical sales experience in insurance will be an advantage
  • Strong in influencing, verbal communication and presentation skillset, should be able to take the stage and be able to explain strategies and initiatives to the Agency Sales Force
