We are looking for a GA Management, Specialist who play the role as the regional head of GA Development for a group of GA (General Agency) Office assigned.

Report to : Senior Manager, Agency Management

Location : Ho Chi Minh


  • Be responsible for the setting up and operation timely and duly as Company’s plan including all key processes of GA contracting, maintenance and liquidation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments, especially AD, CMP, FA, Business Strategy to ensure the performance of in charge GA are monitored and reviewed timely to deliver the production target as planned.
  • Accompany with GAs in respective region in their operation with a continuous, streamlined and effective workflow / process between GAs and The Company.
  • Perform the GA evaluation periodically as well as review and provide the feedback to make the evaluation mechanism more effectively in supporting the business.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

    Education bachelor’s degree

    Experience min 3 years in Insurance Industry

    Preferable : Operations background

    Language skills (verbal & written) : Good in English

    PC skills : Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

  • Ensures the procedure / processes are followed to support new GA be set up duly and timely.
  • Cooperates with related departments to review and fine-tune the procedure / process for GAs
  • 2) Influencing :

  • Ensure all requests from GAD in responsible region be responded reasonably and beneficial to both GAs and The Company.
  • Prove the necessity and importance of the requirements to ensure all GA in responsible region understand and execute.
  • 3) Resilience : able to work in high pressure

    4) Responsibility : assure all company’s guideline / workflow / procedure / process be duly complied by GA.

    5) Adaptability : required

    6) Initiative : able to work out improvement / innovation to the GA processes.

    7) Work Standards : diligently and duly support GA to assure GA’s smooth operation, including to support GA from set-up to operation.
