The Role

We have an opportunity for a Senior BIM Modeler to join our Structures team.

Responsibilities

Supervise Modelers and prepare drawings for Structural projects

Ensure models / drawings are produced according to Company’s BIM standard

Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM project workflow criteria / checklist

Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner

Report regularly to BIM Lead / Project Engineer on the progress of work

Experience in detail design documentation, BIM execution plan and standards

Experience in large projects and work with multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

Fluency with Autodesk Revit Structure & BIM 360 is required and Rhino & Grasshopper is a plus

Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to do detailing and tender documentation drawings

Experience in online conference and presentations

Degree or certification in drafting or modeling, or a related field is a plus
