Purpose of Position WHY

  • Achieve InXpress Vietnam yearly revenue, margin, and budget targets, set by General Manager.
  • Extent of Position HOW

  • Internally : Functional peers to peers (Operations, Finance, IT, Operations)
  • Externally : Franchisee
  • Scope of Work WHAT

  • Assist with Orientation Day and franchise sales
  • Follow up with assigned franchisees, to ensure all training resources are being utilized
  • Assist with termination and transfer of franchises
  • Research additional tools that will help InXpress achieve growth and budget targets
  • Perform site visits to franchisees locations
  • Visit franchisees and assist with sales, sales management, and overall franchise operations
  • Provide ongoing training to franchisees
  • Review overall franchisee compliance.
  • Monthly franchisee business reviews
  • Onsite support visit within 30 and 120 days after new Franchisee attends InXpress Boot Camp Training
  • Assist with maintaining the DHL relationship nationally
  • Responsible for the InXpress Franchisee and local DHL relationship
  • Plan, organize and execute annual InXpress Regional Meetings, & Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Execute the yearly sales plan
  • Frequent business reviews and onsite visits are used to review the franchises business operation, include going on high volume of sales calls : cold calling, setting appointments, and closing sales.
  • Advantage : InXpress Business Coaches are expected to know the InXpress Sales process and have the ability to train and mentor franchise owners in both sales and sales management.
  • Preferred suitability background : Sales or Hospitality.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Good at office computer, proficient using Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills, confidence and open-mind.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Data read and analysis skills
  • Experience with sales management software or have the solid knowledge to learn the new sales software platform.
  • Sales experience, customes care, sales promotion (sales experience from Retail or FMCG can be preffered)
