Previous experience in similar role.
Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).

Leadership, learning & development management capability
Organize, supervise and control all housekeeping activities, including staffing, training and the cleanliness.
Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping department team members.
The Housekeeping Manager is also overseeing Laundry and Landscape teams.
Control department expenses whilst maintaining high standards at all times and ensuring guest satisfaction.
