Lead recruiting efforts for Asia Supply Chain Team for Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman Brand; focusing on corp team hiring at Director and below levels
Partner with Supply Chain Management Team and HRBP, plan and execute high quality hiring
Lead Asia Supply Chain Recruiting Project, improve the process, to drive efficiency and better candidates experience in the hiring and on-boarding process.
Manage the process job requisitions, coordinate advertising for open positions and screen resumes.
Conduct interviews, provide comments and manage interview process with SC management team and working closely with HRBPs.
Support new hire onboarding arrangement
Maintain the Internal Referral Program to fill open positions
Research and create an external database of qualified candidates for all levels of positions of Supply Chain Team proactively
Drive Employer Branding and potential candidates’ engagement;

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of HR / Recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or retail industry;
Leadership in driving Hiring Result as well as deliver projects;

Ability to manage the demand of hiring in relative high volume;
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
