Team Management (50%)

Lead a team of 3 - 5 members, plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of content planning and lead generation, manage the team to deliver digital content : Facebook posts, blog posts, PR articles, advertising material, etc.

Be responsible for managing and coaching team members.

Content Development (50%)

Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice

Study and understand internal projects to develop content plans to reach the target audience, insights and competitors' activities.

Work closely with design team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept

Provide creative thoughts / ideas for digital campaigns / proposals.

Research and manage potential content trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

Management experience of 2 years in Digital / Content Marketing

At least 4 years of experience as a content writter for agencies / client side / magazine / online / news

Bachelor Degree in Communications, PR or Marketing is a plus

Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and well organized

Office hours : Monday - Friday, from 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm.

Gross salary : - mil (+ incentive)
