Get to know the Role :
Responsible for daily scheduling and formulating work processes to maintain consistency and standards of vehicular supply and drivers.
Responsible for the scheduling of ground booking agents and formulating work processes to create an effective customer experience when using our Booths and interacting with our agents.
Responsible to maintain a passenger service helpdesk to assist Customer Experience agents in GrabShuttle-related enquiries and investigation.
The day-to-day activities :
Vehicle and Driver Operation
Excellent planning and execution bringing together teams on the ground to launch and run the service. Executing with quality and in a timely fashion, not just going through the motions
Can do Spirit Regardless of what roadblocks or difficulties might arise in the course of the day, to take an open-minded approach to working around them
Detailed and Meticulous Being able to deep dive into the work processes and derive required standardisation.
Coach Being able to train the drivers and booking agents to achieve the desired level of competency and standards.
Go to the ground to understand how customers experience the product
Coordinate efforts with Customer Experience and other outward facing teams
Get a deep understanding of what the customer needs in order to provide insight to the Business head.
Able to plan financial expenditure for operation and track expenditure constantly to keep within budget.
Need to be able to manage Operation Associates, Suppliers and Booking agents.
Able to work within the GrabShuttle team.
The must haves : Minimum Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
With 5-7 years work experience.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Economics or statistics background would be a plus.
With strong writing and communication skills.
With strong excel and power point skills.
Ability or willingness to use tools such as LeanPlum & MailChimp.
Managerial experience at least 2 years in a team that includes execution or implementation functions.
Planning experience at least 1 years in a role which requires scheduling and work process improvement.
Customer Facing experience at least 2 years in a role that has customer facing function.
Creativity, willing to try new or crazy things.
Effective communicator verbal and written.
