I / Job summary
The Senior digital marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing the school’s online marketing strategy.
The Senior digital marketing will know how to implement lead-generating digital campaigns including search and social platforms, from concept to campaign analytics.
In addition, they will administrate all website and social media content, including posting daily and serving as school videographer.
II / Essential duties and responsibilities
Develop an annual marketing plan outlining trends and observations on spending, performance, and creative strategies, target audiences (existing and prospective), goals and objectives, strategies, and tasks.
Develop, maintain, and adhere to an editorial / production calendar for the year.
Conduct market research and analysis, tracking and analyzing trends in website traffic, online advertising, and social media campaigns, and their overall impact on SSIS admissions and retention efforts.
Make adjustments to advertising and multimedia campaigns accordingly.
Ensure that the school marketing efforts are aligned with the mission, goals, and objectives of the school.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Maintain an active and dynamic presence on the school’s social media channels by creating content for all platforms.
Produce materials required for the SSIS website, publications, and external content sites as requested.
Produce video content for marketing purposes and provide support for other videography needs at the school, including working with outside vendors.
Maintain an organized and easily accessible database of the school’s digital marketing assets and videos.
Organize materials and assemble necessary equipment and supplies for relevant marketing events
Maintain confidentiality of school and student related information.
Support other more traditional marketing activities, as needed.
Perform other duties / projects as requested.
Knowledge, Education and Experience :
BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field.
Can articulate with specific metrics and analytics successful campaigns they have worked on in the past.
Experience with building lead generation landing pages and sales funnels.
Solid knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience managing social media and search ad campaigns.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze data / metrics, and make adjustments based on results
A deep understanding of SEO including both the content strategy side of organic search, as well as the technical, platform-driven side, being well-versed in scaling and setting up both for growth.
Familiar with and can manage website CMS.
