Job Description & Summary

PwC Vietnam provides a full range of tax services to our clients including advice and compliance services (i.e. bookkeeping, preparation / review of tax returns, tax health check, tax due diligence, etc) in relation to corporate income tax, value added tax, withholding tax and personal income tax.

We also assist in customs and transfer pricing issues. We keep our clients abreast of the latest developments in Vietnamese taxation / accounting laws;

advise them on the most effective ways to structure their operations in Vietnam and provide early warnings and guidance to deal with emerging risks.

We are looking for a high performing candidate to join our Corporate Tax team as an Associate in our Hanoi office.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide tax advisory; tax and accounting compliance services.

Assist Senior Associate in preparing and presenting complex written and verbal advice.

Support business development activities.

Contribute to building a healthy working environment.

Requirements :

The candidate is required to pose strong business acumen, flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Other qualifications / experience required :

An undergraduate university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Law or related majors. Accounting background is an advantage.

Excellent English and Vietnamese language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsible and committed to delivering the best quality of work assigned.

Inquisitive and eager to learn.

Team player.

Strong project management and organisation skills are highly regarded
