Full knowledge of our operational workflow for demand, supply and internal sides from listing to closed deal to property services.
Support, supervise, and coordinate between sales and services (PS) to ensure that company sales model / process is being consistently and accurately applied from A-Z.
Ensure that the process between groups, within groups, and the system has no leakage, delivers the highest quality client service level (UX), minimizes delivery time of services (minimal turn-
around for property listings / efficient from request-booking-meeting-tour), and lastly the efficient operation and coordination between TCs and the central office (CO).
Improve process to minimize fallout.
Monitor, measure and manage the operations of each of the TCs by coordinating with each TC leader. Ensure that each TC is operating at optimal levels from lead-deal-close.
Monitor, measure and quality control sales operations. Implement risk management control to ensure sales staff does follow Propzy's processes.
Monitor, measure, and quality control the operations of each marketing community program.
Monitor and measure sales KPIs : conversion rate, productivity, closed deal etc.
Strategically plan operation process and coordinate with other departments to provide excellence services for customers with low cost.
Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste and improve business performance. Develop an effective, and timely continuous improvement plan to increase effectiveness & productivity targets, minimize fall out
Coach and train Ops standard operation procedure, responsible for Ops training and ensure facilities and knowledge in place for new sales staff.
Define and documenting Ops process and policy
Work on assigned projects / tasks, as assigned to support company growth

Computer application skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable learning new applications as required
Work experience in real estate or financial or insurance industry.
Work experience in sales and sales operations
Work experience in coaching and training
Work experience in developing standard operation procedures
Work experience in Quality Control is a plus
5-10 years’ work experience in related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business or related fields
