Role :

To manage Customer service team nationwide, ensure providing Sales team with the effective support via following up and driving sales ordering processes

Accountabilities :

  • Manage, Sales Operations team by supervising sales order work, report consolidation and analysis in order to provide necessary information and sales forecast to Sales team.
  • Analyze KPI of Sales Operations to help team work more effectively.

  • Be the contact point of Sales to work with other functions such as Procurement, Marketing, Operations, etc. to solve issues related to Sales Operations
  • Track stock & payment progress from distributors, and update Sales team with the ordering plan and payment status.
  • Work closely with Warehouse team to plan and follow up the delivery
  • Manage customer service team to ensure all the issues and further tasks related to sales orders will be solved in appropriate ways and being on time.
  • Communication :
  • Compose and announce Sales policy, process, procedure, etc. ensure information is delivered to Sales team / distributor, agent, etc.

  • Others :
  • Support projects / admin works as requested by LM

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • University graduation with at least 3 years of work experiences of equivalent role, or at least 5 years of work experiences in Sales supporting role
  • Good communication, analysis, planning, time management, problem solving skill
  • Good people management skill
  • Good at Word, Excel, Power point
  • Good at English in communication & writing
  • Careful, detail-oriented, proactive
  • Relocation Eligible : Not Eligible for Relocation
