To manage Customer service team nationwide, ensure providing Sales team with the effective support via following up and driving sales ordering processes
Manage, Sales Operations team by supervising sales order work, report consolidation and analysis in order to provide necessary information and sales forecast to Sales team.
Analyze KPI of Sales Operations to help team work more effectively.
Be the contact point of Sales to work with other functions such as Procurement, Marketing, Operations, etc. to solve issues related to Sales Operations
Track stock & payment progress from distributors, and update Sales team with the ordering plan and payment status.
Work closely with Warehouse team to plan and follow up the delivery
Manage customer service team to ensure all the issues and further tasks related to sales orders will be solved in appropriate ways and being on time.
Compose and announce Sales policy, process, procedure, etc. ensure information is delivered to Sales team / distributor, agent, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements
University graduation with at least 3 years of work experiences of equivalent role, or at least 5 years of work experiences in Sales supporting role
Good communication, analysis, planning, time management, problem solving skill
Good people management skill
Good at Word, Excel, Power point
Good at English in communication & writing
Careful, detail-oriented, proactive
