  • Leads comprehensive content vision and strategy for Vua Nem.
  • Oversees the development and execution of monthly editorial calendars through all platforms including digital channels and social media and others in order to :
  • Reflect the brand voice, delivers effective, cohesive brand messaging to the consumer and achieves brand objectives;
  • Extends and grows the core retail and online business;
  • Acquires and identifies new audiences for future growth.
  • Oversees all content scheduling, publishing, moderation and ongoing engagement. Helps build out support for seasonal marketing opportunities, campaigns, corporate and store events.
  • Create highly engaging, informative content.
  • Support key editorial tasks such as writing copy for review pages, infographics, videos scripts, social posts and email.
  • Ensures all messaging is consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Effectively manages the marketing budget to determine the best use of funds to meet specific goals.
  • Continuously assesses competitive landscape and industry trends, brings innovative thinking to differentiate Vua Nem from competition.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Merchansdising, Finance, etc.) to support the Company's business objectives.
  • Provides reporting, benchmarks and analysis, to inform company-wide decision-making and to ensure campaign targets are met.
  • Leverages analytics and metrics to identify areas for optimization, improvements in messaging / creative and operational / cost efficiencies.
  • Manages and develops direct reports including goal setting, training, performance assessment and disciplinary actions.

  • 5 7 years of experience as content manger / creative manger for a large organization in a corporate or agency role.
  • Strong detail-orientation with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Excitement to adapt to the evolving needs of a start-up culture
  • Proven leadership & strategic skills.
  • Creativity with ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content
  • Conceptual thinking with the ability to see the big picture and to contextualise. Conceptual thinking requires an ability to imagine what could be, to ask why not, and to ask what if.
  • Agency management experience is preferred
