You will be owning the design and protocol to generate customer insights from customer research projects, data analytics, partnering with commercial, marketing, product team to on-boarding new accounts as well as control the churn rate.

You will be working with stakeholders including but not limited to Customer Service, Logistics, Products, Front-End, Back-End, Marketing, Content and Commercial to deliver new features projects and zero tolerance policy for bugs during shopping journey in order to push conversion rate (traffic to orders) from Autonomous website. Facilitating ad-hoc tasks when needed within the department
A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in customer service
Good judgment, decision making skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and continuous improvement attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks ensuring timely completion.
Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies.
Fluency in English.
Experience using statistical software or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools is preferred.
Manage and oversee the end to end project delivery process (requirement gathering, development, UAT, Go Live) and meets the given timeline. (edited)
