About the Head of Marketing Role :
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take the lead in the company's growth, marketing, branding and indirectly external relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop a strong portfolio strategy in an increasingly competitive market environment in all company's channels (digital, retail, PR etc.)
Increase brand awareness and impact, based on a strong and distinctive brand positioning, compelling story telling and impactful media strategy
New product development and Innovation
Manage a diverse, experienced and highly effective marketing team
Work with sales, social, R&D, Product Management and senior management teams
Establish strong relations and build network with external partners
To ensure the success, you will have passion, drive and determination for delivery. A natural influencer, you will be an engaging character comfortable working to tight deadlines and have a flexible, can-do approach.
Key Requirements :
Experienced marketer of more than 10 years with successful track records, mastering analytics and attribution modelling
Solid commercial sense on brand building and data-driven marketing, ie. obsessed with consumer centricity and a disruptive thinker
Proven transformation leadership : engage with the extended team and share findings. Need to have strong communication and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative teams
Overseas assignment exposure is preferable
Leads with strong agile project management skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
