1. Brand Activation
Plan Activation and Promotion for selected events.
Monitor effectiveness of Agencies / Suppliers on Activation execution.
Work closely with the internal team and Regional Team for approval.
Deploy and Execute Activation.
Brand / Machine / Coffee / Recipe Training both internally and externally.
Responsible for Nespresso AAA campaigns.
3. Budget Management
Develop supported POSM requirements and allocate to events, outlet & campaign
Manage the campaigns / events within the allocated budget.
Report Activation and propose improvements for next activations.
Conduct meetings, report and market visits to ensure doing the thing right at the marketplace and consumers / customers' feedback in the field.
Review ROI and consolidate feedback from Internal for programs in future.

Graduated from College / University.
Proven experience in Brand Activation and Marketing, prefer candidates have experience in FMCG
Good English / Vietnamese communication skills (writing and oral)
Dynamic, motivated, supportive.
Very well organized and good Follow up on multi-tasks.
Can Do attitude.
Having a pleasant, friendly style.
Stress Resistance and Perseverance.
