  • Manage and develop distributors network of the company (gypsum)
  • Set up sales incentive programs and promotions programs for distributors
  • Sales forecast & make monthly / quarterly sales plan
  • Manage overall sales activities including technical supports, contract negotiation, internal order processing etc.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis, analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team, procurement team etc and companies to deliver client’s demand precisely and to develop efficient work process internally

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in gypsum industry (for gymsum company or gypsum distributor)
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction or a related field.
  • Communicate in English fluently
  • Skilled in defining problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to improve sales & profitability
  • Good presentation skill to customers, lead meetings and present to groups of people
  • Ability to advising of technical instructions with relating to gypsum board
  • Practical knowledge to develop and widen gypsum board & building material business
  • Skill in contracts proposals with pricing and business correspondence.
  • Understand market standards and regulations related to construction field.
