1. Sales accountant

  • Booking accounting data into Navision program
  • Print VAT receipts and issue VAT receipt when customer requirement
  • Assist CA & GA to make VAT report monthly and arrange necessary documents for VAT return
  • Assist CA & GA to prepare accounting and tax data for tax audit and internal and external audit quarterly and yearly
  • Support CA & GA to update tax data for General accountant making tax liquidation reports at the end of year.
  • Cash collection every day to ensure all match with real data in POS system
  • Files all accounting documents (contracts,reicepts,VAT Invoice,claim from suppliers,promotion,etc )
  • Make spreadsheet reports to get finance information base on requirement of Chief Accountant
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Compute and record totals of transactions
  • Issue receipts, invoice, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Complete general ledger operations
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Draw up monthly financial reports
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
  • Assist with yearend closings
  • Administer accounts receivable
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
  • Account / bank reconciliation
  • 2. Cashier : Under the supervision of the General Accountant

    Administration

  • Ensure all charges are correct and checks addition on all service orders and receipts before accepting cash.
  • Process all paperwork and maintains organization of all logs and files.
  • Receive payments for products and services rendered. Authorizes all credit card and check payments. Returns receipt and change to customer.
  • Initiate & maintain all related paperwork.
  • Maintain Inventory logs for parts sold.
  • Maintain customer logs and service records.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records. Ensure prompt receipt of warranty money due.
  • Other Duties : As assigned by GA

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Accounting degree or equivalent
  • Experienced in Point of Sales or retail sales
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
  • Usually a minimum of 2 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, taxation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stress tolerance
  • Be good at both spoken and written English
  • Proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure
  • Willing to work overtime to complete reports based on deadline
