POSTION SUMMARY :

Responsible for sample and order execution for the brand and collaborate with different teams. Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand's strategy to achieve KPIs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conduct preliminary cost analysis with vendor

Samples development execution

Working with Vendors on best Lead time for each styles

Coordinating between Vendors and "Buying & planning teams" to make sure Pre-booking , order placement are in alignment to achieve the target price and delivery

PO management

Coordinated and take decision on production activities, so the Vendor will have sufficient production lead time

Sample delivery and bulk delivery tracking

QA package management

System data entry

WIP management

Assist supervisor on daily execution

Assist in the follow up on the execution of bulk production including trims, fabrics production schedule and delivery status.
