Mô tả công việc

  • Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Handle the daily correspondence
  • Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
  • Manage and provide the offices supplies : water, stationery, beverage & miscellaneous things ..
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations for BODs / Staff / Visitors
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Monthly collect all the expenses of the Branch, allocate & prepare the payment memo
  • Make & submit the expenses report on deadline
  • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
  • Manage & control the company’s assets & equipment
  • Organize the company’s events, parties .
  • Manage company’s site / page to update monthly high performance staffs
  • Deal with Visa / Work permit issues
  • Organize the company’s events & parties such as X-mas, Year-end / New year party, company anniversaries, ceremonies, birthdays for staffs, company trips, team building
  • Manage Company’s Facebook page
  • Deal with arising affairs
  • Others tasks as assigned.
  • Working time : 8h30 - 17h30, Monday - Friday (off Saturday, Sunday)

    Yêu cầu công việc

  • Fresher or proven at least 1 year work experience.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office, Email, Internet .
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
  • Standard verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • College / University degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or administrative management will be a plus.
  • Working under high pressure, independently and in team
  • Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, careful, patient and responsible for assigned tasks
